HS Masterclass Level I – Beginner’s Guide to Handstand
This is a 2.5-hour strength + mobility building focused session for practitioners who to want build a more stable foundation of understanding for a stronger practice. Participants are encouraged to come in with specific skill requests that they want to explore or work on.
This session will focus a lot more on individualised physical / practical work.
HS Masterclass Level II – Precision & Power: Advanced Handstand
This is a Skills & Drills focused session for practitioners who want to level up their arm balance / handstand holds and transitions. Skills such as (but not limited to) handstand leg shapes, handstands to arm balances and arm balance to handstand presses where skills can be scaled to the individual’s current level. Participants are encouraged to come in with specific skill requests that they want to explore or work on.
This session will focus a lot more on individualised physical / practical work.
❗️❗️ Participants looking to join Masterclass II are highly recommended to take Masterclass Level I first.
Minimum requirement: 30s handstand hold with or without the support of a wall; 10s freestanding handstand hold for practitioners who want to explore advanced transitions.
