TERMS & CONDITIONS

All purchases are final and non-refundable

• Exceptions will, however, be granted, under the following circumstances:

  i) Inability to attend classes for a prolonged period due to physical injuries/illnesses ii) Posted overseas for work
iii) Moving away
Accompanying proof of documents or letters for any of the above must be submitted to team@theyogamandala.com.sg
(if it is a medical certificate that you are submitting, please ensure that it is from a licensed medical practitioner.  TCM letters not allowed.)
  • A one-time transfer can be done, before the expiration of the Class Pack / Trial Series – the validity of the transfer will not be reset.

Validity / Sharing of Class Packs & Trial Series

Email notifications will be sent to the email address assigned to your account on MINDBODY before the expiration of your package/series.

The validity varies based on the Class Pack / Trial Series purchased.

Extensions  

Extensions of Class Packs are strictly on a case-by-case basis (not applicable to Trial Series). For extension request, please email in to team@theyogamandala.com.sg with the accompanying documents.
Requirements

As safety and personal hygiene are the top priorities in TYM studio, we strongly recommend students to bring their own mats. Mat toppers – such as travel mat, yoga mat towel & full-length bath towel – are also acceptable.
Late Arrivals

Students are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before class. To avoid disruptions, students who are late will be denied entry. No refund of credit(s) will be given under such circumstances.  Note: The studio will be locked upon commencement of class; therefore, we strongly urge all students to arrive 15 minutes before class commencement.
Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation is to be done 12 hours prior to class commencement, to avoid having credit(s) deducted from your active class pack / trial series. Any cancellation done after 12 hours will be deemed as late cancellation, which will result in the deduction of 1 credit per booking.
• Credit(s) will also be deducted from your active class pack / trial series should you not show up for class.
Any/all cancellation(s) can be done through your own account via the MINDBODY APP.
Lost & Damaged Personal Property

TYM is not liable or responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of personal property. Lockers are provided to store all personal belongings when class is in session. CCTV is also in place at all common areas in the studio.
Waiver & Release

By signing up for and/or attending classes, activities, and other programs and using the premises, facilities and props (individually and/or collectively, the “Classes and Facilities”) of The Yoga Mandala (“TYM”), you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representations and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in exercising at TYM.

You acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and that TYM and its employees will not be liable for any injury or damage should you choose to participate.  If in the subject opinion of TYM staff, you and/or others would be at physical risk using TYM’s Classes and Facilities, you may be denied access to the Classes and Facilities.
Intellectual Property Rights

The trademarks of TYM are proprietary to TYM and may not be used by you for any reasons other than as expressly permitted by these Terms. All website and app content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are property of, or duly licensed to TYM. You have the right to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of the website and app for the sole purpose of making class reservations, purchases, or other personal use.
Any other use of materials on the website and app, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, without the prior written permission of TYM, is strictly prohibited.
You acknowledge that TYM and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of all website and app materials, and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading, copying, or using any such materials in accordance with the these Terms. TYM may discontinue or remove the website or app, or any portion thereof, or discontinue your right to use the website or app, or any portion thereof, at any time.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

In no event will TYM be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or other consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, the app, or on any other linked/third-party website, your purchase of TYM classes, your booking of classes, your purchase of merchandise, your communication with TYM, and your use of and attendance at TYM studio, including without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs, or other data on your information handling systems or otherwise, including any claims waived by you previously in this agreement even if TYM expressly advised of the possibility of such damage.

All information, goods, services, products and experiences are provided by TYM on an “as-is” basis only. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods, services, products and experiences remains with you. Should the goods, services, products and/or experiences prove defective after purchase, you assume the entire cost of such defect. TYM provides no representations and warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
