Chakra refers to the wheels of energy throughout the body. They correspond to massive nerves centers which encompasses our organs as well as our psychological, emotional and spiritual states. It is only when all of these energy centers are properly aligned and balanced, will we feel vibrant, healthy and alive.
I have always been fascinated by how much energy can affect us, regardless of it being positive or negative. It is amazing to discover that each chakra is inter related to one another and the stability or instability of one will directly impact the other.
Practicing yoga each day and discovering new poses have yielded positive results on my chakras. I am now more in tuned with my well being, feeling the difference in the area of the chakra I somehow knew needed conditioning or alignment. Not to mention that it is also intimidating at the same time that some of the chakras are enhanced and the energy it radiates seems to multiply. And Jessica did warn us in class that we might feel certain changes in our chakras. But I didn’t think that it would be THAT quick. Hmmm and I do wonder whether that is a good thing or not!
Nevertheless, it has been an enriching process for me becoming more mindful and paying extra attention to small and minor details(which often go unnoticed),that can unfold itself gradually and give us light into what needs to be sorted. And channeling the positive feelings into good use and expelling the negativities which do not serve their purpose in our lives.
