It is awesome during YTT class I learnt how to do yoga class sequencing.
Before YTT, daily practice can’t make me remember all the postures so that it really hard to practice at home as well.
After YTT, I understand that every poses it has meaning to do it.
Some poses good for digestive system and some good for lymphatic system.
It is so proud not only I can practice for myself, and also help family and friends surrounding me.
