The human body can be such an amazing thing or should I say is. Sometimes we forget that. And then when you think about it a little more; how the body adapts to changes, the sheer ability to think, how easily people learn new things completely foreign to them, I could go on but I won’t.. Experiencing this first hand has made me think about all the things the body can do. In just a week of YTT, I can feel myself getting stronger, my body is getting used to getting up earlier and slowly, I think i’m even becoming a little more flexible. I’m looking forward to finding out what more my body can do as we work on our asanas.
