Finally, I managed to do Pincha Maryasana, and some of the arm balancing poses never in my mind would I be able to do such challenging poses knowing that my upper body was weak. Happy that I never give up trying, patience with myself and work hard on the drills plus all the chaturanga push ups definitely help! Still a lot more to accomplice. ??
