I’m 34 years old and I’m from Thailand. The reason that I am taking the 200hr Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Trainning course is because after I graduate, I can be A yoga teacher and teach yoga to my future students.

Tooday is my First day to study as a yoga Teacher. I have learned Surya Namaskara 12step Sun Salutation, The meaning of what yoga is and the Four Paths of yoga,

It is very interesting for me and I’m enjoying it so far.

I’m looking forward what the next class will be and I will try my best to learn and succeed
