今天已经是第八天了，在两位老师的指导下我对瑜伽有了更进一步的了解。对体式也有了更近一步的理解，体式不仅仅只是为了好看更重要的是对我们有什么作用。在简单体式的背后心藏着怎样的理念结构才是最重要的。要知道做是远远不够的还要知道为什么而做才重要。已经很累了，但还是想写点东西留给明天的自己。愿我一直拥有热忱去做喜欢的事情并坚持一直做下去，加油杨同学。

关于根轮、课堂之外

今天的下午的理论课讲到根轮，大家话匣子打开都收不了，谈到相信和信任问题，Nicole老师举了一个例子，说学生为了参加rty200的培训，到处打探消息，加了各个地方负责人微信问一堆，对比有木有午餐之类，价格什么的，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，那个人就是我了🤣，课堂上没好意思承认，其实我一开始已经报名了梵音瑜伽的课程，并交了几百定金，从微博知道Nicole老师的精品小班课，加了老虎老师的微信，各方面对比之后我真的后悔，想换学校。也是因为前一次说报就报的原因，觉得这次考虑换学校应该慎重，这也跟我天生的不安全感有关，我真的是对比了食宿，价格，教室，还有其他，最终选择了成都这边，最吸引我的应该是老师经常讲的能量场吧，Nicole老师的专业和造诣就不用说了，老虎老师在瑜伽方面的专业素养很高，她做Nicole的助教，并且是自己做工作室，有太多东西值得我向她们学习。爆料一下课堂之外，谈到生产，讲到婚外情，出轨等等，班级的年龄相差不算太大，但个人经历和心境截然不同，面对同一问题的处理方式也不一样，或冷静，或果断或感性，也能听到每个人对生活，对外界的声音，很有趣的课堂，很友爱的班级，很可爱的老师！ 周周 2018年8月中文YTTC
