今天是RYT200第8天,课程已经过去了三分之一,每天都还是全身酸痛的状态,但却很享受,因为我们每一天都在进步,这种感觉真的太棒了!头倒立虽然还上不去,但已经慢慢找到感觉,再多加练习,多点耐心,我想我是可以做到的。和前几天做的头倒立想比,已经有所进步。加油,不管做什么体式,都如此。 在TMY学习的这8天,感觉每天都有新的挑战,不管是体能上或是对个人的胆量,都是非常大的挑战。但我知道,我一次比一次好。

Liang Simin 2018年8月成都中文YTTC Day4

今天是RYT200的第四天。相比于第一天的紧张、害怕与不自信,今天更加地放松,且开始相信自己有无限可能。那些我们以为很难的体式,原来只要掌握了方法并重复练习,其实并没有那么地难,比如昨天的小乌鸦,今天的天堂鸟,经过老师的帮助,都做出来了!自己都觉得不可思议。 两位美丽又可爱的老师Nicole和老虎都教得非常好,很有耐心,非常喜欢她们,也很感激她们的付出。

MINJIE 2018年8月成都RYT200

不知不觉,RYT200已经结束了一周的课程,这一周的每一天都是充实的,痛并快乐的,每天带着紧张又期待的心情开始早上的体式课,因为不知道又有什么程度的训练等着我,这周最大的感触就是,能够正确的进入一个体式,找到一个体式的正位远远比能将体式做得多深入又或者能完成到多高阶要重要得多,就比如utthita Trikonasana, 一个我以前以为很简单的体式,以为自己做得很深的体式,原来我手贴地的时候胯部就不在中位了,这样根本没有达到锻炼的效果,看似简单的体式才是最难、最考验人的,这也就是来到这里学习的意义,因为一味追求高难度体式,而忽略了正位并不能起到激活身体肌肉的效果,还可能对身体造成不好的影响。 后面的三周里继续努力,Practice Practice All is coming!
