迎接挑战,勇往直前

今天是RYT第9天。 来参加这个培训课程,最担心的地方就是体式的指令。我个性较内向,不善言辞,特别不自信,特别害怕当众发言,讲话或者说指令的时候声音都在颤抖,对我来说真的是一个特别大的挑战。不过,当初我决定来学习的时候,就已经下决心要迎接这个挑战。我喜欢瑜伽,想与喜欢瑜伽或以后来向我学习瑜伽的人一起分享瑜伽,我相信自己可以做到。每天练习,每天进步一点点,慢慢地让自己变强,慢慢地建立自己的自信心。 另外,今天练习倒立,终于顺利把双腿往上举了,虽然摇摇晃晃、坚持的时间不长,但已经有进步,起码已经上去,第一次头倒立,心中乐开了花啦!其实每天也就练习10分钟左右,时间并不长。接下来还要继续练习,练稳了之后再尝试远离墙面,克服恐惧。 Liang Simin 2018年8月中文成都YTTC
