ryt200课程第二天 昨天才只是练习了拜日式 感觉就很累了😭 ,手肘外翻对我来说在下犬的体式中真的舒服不起来。理论课上老师问我们瑜伽是什么…第一次接触瑜伽大概是10多年前吧那会儿还在上大学,是一个姐姐带我去的在我们那个小地方。第一次看见瑜伽老师觉得好仙、身材很棒、气质超好!然后带我去的姐姐说瑜伽是现在最流行的减肥运动了,可以在体重不减的同时很好的塑形,把身上不聪明的肉都变成聪明的肉(长在胸上和屁屁上的都是聪明的肉😄)那会儿觉得瑜伽是个很高大上的事情,瞬间觉得自己升了一个level。那会儿如果有朋友圈,应该也挺装逼的😂 教室里窗帘紧闭微弱的灯光配上催眠的音乐,耳边时不时传来老师的体式指令,即使有的体式让我觉得很难受也都努力坚持下来了,上了一节课后觉得浑身疼,感觉关节和筋络都扭着了。十几年过去了现在印象不太深,只记得老师很气质、体式很累很酸、挺尸很爽😊 这是我对瑜伽的第一次认知 后来的后来我就走上了运动的道路 高强度的训练让日渐年长的身体伤痕累累,我成了按摩医院的常客 …所以我选择了瑜伽,主要很看重瑜伽的疗愈这方面。我希望从对瑜伽的学习和练习中慢慢了解自己的身体,从中找到身体力量和柔韧性的平衡从而更好保护自己😊……
