以前练习瑜伽追求体式的进步,现在系统学习RYT以后更追求的是理论知识的深入。从骨骼,器官,肌肉等各方面去了解和研习人体的身体机能,用瑜伽的理念去调整自己的状态。细想练习瑜伽的这几年,确实很少生病,以前不懂其中的原理,现在学习了理论,可以慢慢自己分析总结其中的关键点,甚至去帮助身边的朋友简单调理,瞬间就有了专业的成就感。可惜自己还在知识对积累和摸索中,对各个知识点的串联还不够,以至于对课程的编排连贯性还不足,以前接触的课堂英文指令比较多,自己中文课堂的表达性也还在生疏的练习中,因此200小时的课程以外还需要花更多的时间去梳理,坚持在yogi路上不断进步~ 总的来说,瑜伽是一个日积月累的过程,是一种积极向上的生活态度,生活也处处可瑜伽。 Mia,武汉RYT200
