瑜伽为每个人敞开了一扇门，等待着你去主动打开它。推开门进去之后你会发现在一个广袤空间里还有各种形状，色彩不一，大大小小的窗户，隔着玻璃透过不同形状或色彩的窗户，看到的是各种不一样的景象。但如果想要打开那扇窗，把窗外的景象看得更真切清晰，就得完成这扇窗户所赋予每个人的使命和能力。慢慢地你就会发现好像有的窗户和你比较投缘，似乎不用吹灰之力就可以打开它，有的窗户需要你当下刻苦努力完成任务才能打开它，然而还有其他很多的窗户是需要你日积月累，保持习练，身心领悟才能完成的使命。如果你想看得更多，发现得更多，领悟得更多，就得做好“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”的准备。
