The reason that I am taking the 200hr Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Trainning course is because after I graduate, I can be A yoga teacher and teach yoga to my future students. <\/p>\n<p>Tooday is my First day to study as a yoga Teacher. I have learned Surya Namaskara 12step Sun Salutation, The meaning of what yoga is and the Four Paths of yoga,<br \/>\n-karma yoga<br \/>\n-Bhakti yoga<br \/>\n-Raja Yoga<br \/>\n-Jnana Yoga <\/p>\n<p>It is very interesting for me and I&#8217;m enjoying it so far.<\/p>\n<p>Sattvic Food 14\/06\/15<\/p>\n<p>Dairy products such as butter and cheese<br \/>\nDried peas, beans and lentils<br \/>\nFresh vegetables and fruit<br \/>\nGrains<br \/>\nHerbal teas<br \/>\nHoney<br \/>\nLegumes<br \/>\nMilk<br \/>\nGhee (clarified butter)<br \/>\nNuts<br \/>\nNuts and seeds<br \/>\nOrganically grown fresh fruits and vegetables<br \/>\nPure fruit juices<br \/>\nSeeds<br \/>\nSprouted seeds<br \/>\nWhole meal bread<br \/>\nRajasik foods would cover the following:<br \/>\nSpicy foods<br \/>\nStimulants like coffee and teas<br \/>\nFish and meat<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My name is Suntaree(Bebe)Sampson.
