There are quite a number of checkpoints where look<br \/>\nforward to reach in the sequence. These checkpoints can usually be achieved easily as a movement itself, but<br \/>\nwhen it comes to stringing all movements together into primary sequence starting from Sun A+B onwards, it\u2019s<br \/>\na different story. Below are a few the checkpoints I enjoy most.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Bunny hop to tuck handstand after chair pose<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Kick up handstand after warrior2<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Pressing to handstand right after navasana<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Dragonfly pose, crow and back jump to vinyasa<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Chakrasana!<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Womb pose and rocking 9 times in clockwise direction. I can\u2019t do it yet\uff0c but I enjoy it.<br \/>\nFor the primary sequence there are plenty of room for improvements. Based on my current level, I think that I<br \/>\nhave achieved more than 30% of it. I look forward to improving all other asanas or movements that wasn\u2019t<br \/>\nmentioned.
