I realize that in order to get better in my physical abilities I need first to increase and improve my mental strength.<br \/>\nThis means that I need to be kind to myself and to my body.<br \/>\nThe more I\u2019ll be able to let go at any given moment, the more it will allow my spirit to grow.<br \/>\nThe less boundaries I set for myself like; \u2018if\u2019 \u2018should have\u2019 \u2018but\u2019 \u2018can\u2019t\u2019 \u2018no\u2019 the easier it will be to let go, move forward and even fly &#8211; so bring it on, I\u2019m ready and even if I\u2019m not I\u2019m sure as hell going to enjoy the ride \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Second week of my YTT and I understand that the biggest Asana I need to practice is the \u2018letting go\u2019 one.
