最初我也是被各种美丽优雅的瑜伽体式吸引,然而，真正开始认真练习，才发现这并不是瑜伽的目的，而是坚持长期练习的过程中，瑜伽给我们的奖赏。在每日练习的过程中，会遇到很多失败和沮丧,或者停滞不前、想要放弃的状态。这些状态，让我不断的反思自己练习瑜伽的目标（比如是健康的脊椎和骨盆，还是可以炫耀的好身材），让我认清，瑜伽练习不是一个短时间就能看到效果的事情，不是和自己的身体和精力死磕，它注定是一个很长期的过程，可能是几年或者几十年，而此刻每日的练习，是为了十年或几十年之后的自己投资。
