之前我以为ryt200的课程主要是学习体式，通过对理论的学习，做作业自己的排课才知道，做一名合格的瑜伽老师是需要付出很多的，不仅仅是自己在体式上的提升，最重要的是对瑜伽理论的理解，才能真正的帮助到将来的跟你学习的会员。现在反而觉得体式其实还在理论之后，要会把握要领，教会学生从不会到会，从会到提升的专业程度很重要。如果仅仅是自己体式很强，是远远不够的。
