前天老师带我们上了一节阴瑜伽，纠正了我们对阴瑜伽一贯的错误理解。不同于作用于肌肉的阳瑜伽，阴瑜伽是作用于关节的。比如，在坐立前屈时，拿抱枕毛毯瑜伽砖等各种辅具叠放在大腿上，保持大腿后侧没有拉伸感，每隔几分钟撤走一部分辅具，身体始终保持放松舒适的状态。大概十分钟的样子，我发现自己居然可以轻松地前屈下去，真的太惊喜了。虽然只是非常粗略地大概了解了一下YIN，但是仍然受益匪浅。瑜伽是一种生活方式，也是一条漫长的道路，是我会一直坚持下去的东西。 陈可 2018年12月 RYT200
