刚来学校学瑜伽，对我这个瑜伽小白来说确实在动作要求上我有些力不从心，平日里看似简单不能再简单的动作 （最主要看老师做起来也好轻松 ）可轮到自己了就真的好难了 。每次老师叫我hold住我就是身不由己hold不住啊 ！（又让我想起了甄嬛传里华妃的那句台词 臣妾做不到）回归正题，瑜伽动作十几秒可以让我流一身的大汗 这可是我平时做很久的运动都达不到的效果，真喜欢这种感觉！还能锻炼人的毅力，真适合我 ！ 还有我们的老师各个都好优秀的喔！希望能从他们身上学多点知识 学如逆水行舟，不进则退 为自己加油！https://mail.google.com/mail/e/1f62d
