我从自练瑜伽算起，练习瑜伽有两年之久了，在我刚开始练习瑜伽时，觉得不必注意动作的拉伸度有多标准，只要注意动作的规范，再慢慢循序渐进不用勉强自己去做到那些高难度动作，只要在自己身体承受范围内，有感觉的去练习，持之以恒，总有一天能够做到。当然，也不能放弃那些认为太简单的动作，要抓好根基，才能达到高难度的水平，最重要的是，呼吸和动作之间的和，坚持不懈就会得到回报。 菲菲2018十月平日班
