时间很快，今天28号了，还有两天就要结束这一个月了，很多的不舍，很多的无奈，感觉自己还有好多的东西都来不及消化，今天考试的状态很好，最开心的是我在今天做起来了小熊单腿倒立，想到开始的自己是个连小熊都上不去的人，那一刻终于明白老师说过的一句话，瑜伽是循序渐进的，说不定哪天一觉起来就会做之前做不到的体式，虽然考完之后觉得整个人都在痛，这一个月训练的结果就看这两天了，越到最后越紧张，希望有个好成绩来回报这一个月的努力吧!2018年12月RYT200 XUAILING
