Yokiyan 2019年2月中文周末班2

清晨的瑜伽🧘‍♀️ 松软的被窝伴着熟悉的味道,慵懒的在大床上翻身,让阳光透过窗帘照射进来,放纵的伸伸懒腰,再悠哉悠哉的起床洗漱,这已经是上个月的过去式。🤦🏻‍♀️ 现在我选择做一个严肃的瑜伽练习者,每日蹑手蹑脚的从清晨六点醒来,再轻手轻脚的去厕所洗漱,生怕会打扰到身边熟睡的家人,抹黑的来到客厅铺好垫子,带上耳机开始瑜伽拜日式练习🙇🏻‍♀️。最初的三日确实是各种艰难,总想给自己找各种借口放弃睡个好觉💤,可是闹钟还是会准时把我叫醒。清晨起床身体是各种僵硬,体式也是做的也是差强人意,但是我知道自己体能太弱,不想给自己找借口,只有更多的付出才会得到回报!我必须更加努力才能实现瑜伽的梦想。这期的小伙伴们每个都好强,一起加油同学们,为我们汗水的清晨☀️

2019年 二月 YTTC200 瑜伽第三周感想

转眼间,RYT200进入了第三周。由于周末的繁忙工作和自己的不努力,这周状况百出。周一早上,主教老师就早早来到学校,当她看到我们的种种不专业做法之后非常失望,严厉地批评了大家的态度。之后就开始三人一组每天轮流练习教拜日,呼吸和序列体式。在每天不断的练习中我越来越发现自己的不足,而不足的主要根源就是自己的不努力。尤其是周五下午老师的抽样检查体式,一个Baddha Utthita parsvakonasana 和Prasarita Padottanasana C让我脑袋一片空白,完全想不起来。我非常惭愧,是因为自己的不努力。俗话说:“师傅领进门,功夫靠自己。” 而我呢? 抛开这方面,在理论课中确实学到了不少知识,人体的骨骼关节和肌肉的运动类型在人们进行身体运动时竟有着如此息息相关的紧密联系,这是我之前从未关注过的。而让我庆幸自己选对Yoga Mandala学校的另一个主要原因就是教学法之一的调整,超专业的理论知识和有趣生动的体式调整让人倍感受用。人生就是要面临不同的挑战,既然选择就勇往直前,继续加油。再次非常感谢所有的专业老师们,感谢您们的辛苦付出!感恩遇见你们!
