READ MORE学习的时间总是过得飞快,一转眼两周课程已结束了! 学的东西越来越多,脑子里也有些紊乱,从理论到体式,都需要时间来消化和练习。每天课后和同学们一起练习的时候很开心,大家都想学好瑜伽,所以课后都很努力的练习,大家一起互相帮助、互相鼓励,终于能够成功的倒立起来,真的非常有成就感!老师课上教我们体式的技巧,课后自己练习,当自己做到的那一瞬间真的很开心😃 另外这一周老师都有让我们自己排课上课,虽然有很多的做得不好的地方,但是在这样的课程里,老师有给我们做出点评,这样的简单的课程里,老师给的意见和建议对我的触动很大,让我在排课的问题上,思路更加清晰,相信自己也会慢慢的把课程排得越来越好。 最后还是希望自己能保持好的心态继续努力下去,接下来的课程希望自己每天都能解锁新的体式 武汉RYT200 Andy
