学习喉呼吸法: 首先,选择一个舒服的坐姿,拨开臀大肌让重心均匀的放在坐骨上,双手掌心朝上,食指拇指触碰,智慧的手印放到双膝上,脊柱延展向上,收小腹收肋骨,展开胸腔肩膀后旋下沉,微收下巴轻闭双唇,逐渐放慢我们呼吸的节奏,舒展眉心轻轻闭上双眼,讲凝视点落在两眼之间,此刻将心收回,外界的一切都将于你无关,你只关注到自己的呼吸。鼻吸👃鼻呼,深深的吸气,吸气时胸腔肋骨向两侧扩张,缓缓的呼气,呼气收紧小腹胸腔向肋骨内回收,吸气有多长呼气就有多长。吸气:1234,呼气:1234。
