Liang Simin 2018年8月成都中文YTTC Day 14

今天是RYT200第14天。做完日常拜日热身之后，继续做一些手肘和手臂的热身，因为我们今天要做Teddy bear。我完全没有做过，看起来非常难，还不可以靠墙！但在老师的指导和帮助下，我居然做到了！自己尝试了几次，也慢慢找到了感觉。我发现,每一个看起来高难度的体式，都是需要掌握好正确的方法之后，多练习，最后都可以做到，并没有我们想象的那么难。这种感觉，是多么让人满足。 Liang Simin 2018年8月成都中文YTTC

今天是七夕节，时间已经过了一半了，自己也做到了想都没想过的头倒立，这对我来说真的很惊喜，但是自己的手臂力量还是不太强，手臂平衡的体式还得多加练习，理论知识很丰富也很生活，不知不觉瑜伽的理论知识就和我们的生活息息相关了，所以这也是我热爱瑜伽的原因，以前只是喜欢表面的东西体式之类的，但现在更多的是深层次的热爱他，而且是永无止境的热爱，老师还给大家买了心形蛋糕，超级少女心，造型好看的都舍不得吃了，总之我们这个班是一个充满温馨和欢乐的瑜伽之家😍
