Which I believe aptly relates to the second limb of yoga, Niyama, a term for observances for self..or rather inner self..to help us maintain a positive environment in which we grow, gives us self discipline and inner strength to progress along the path of yoga. <\/p>\n<p>After all yoga is not about making fancy poses or a competition on who can learn or master the poses the fastest. But rather in my opinion, how we connect our mind, body and soul and balance them out so that we can feel centered, grounded and develop a profound feeling of gratitude.  <\/p>\n<p>The greatest people who ever lived from religious saints, inspirational scholars, philosophers, athletes have all fallen and risen and ultimately achieve success from their ability to be patient with the process..falling countless times but rising twice as hard and continuing the journey. The sheer perseverance, consistency and having the will to never give up, have contributed hugely to what they became. <\/p>\n<p>Each one of us develop differently. While others take a short time to ace something, there are others who takes a longer time. But what\u2019s similar is their ability to be patient and trusting the process.
