排课的考核已经有三个人过了、莫名的有了压力、排的课改了又改生怕哪里有问题、哪里会连接不上、哪里会表达不清楚、可是就算自己练习的再好、只要上去教课就紧张、就会有不同的问题出现、脑袋一片空白、到最后都不知道自己是怎么教完一节课了、难道这些都是无意识的、看着其他同学教课很有自信、很自然、默默的问自己为什么会那么紧张呢、老师说了要多做多说、说出来表达出来的和自己心里想的是不一样的、这些我都知道、可是有时候自己也控制不住、还有两天、突然觉得时间过的好快、现在只希望自己可以顺利通过考核、可以克服困难成为一名合格的瑜伽导师 2018.9.27
