         RYT200学完肌肉,对瑜伽体式,对肌肉正确用力有了不同认识。在做瑜伽体式,每块肌肉扮演着不同的角色,根据肌肉在动作中的作用不同,可以区分为原动肌、拮抗肌。因此,安全有效地完成体位动作,不应只是靠身体感知某块肌肉,而应深入分析它在动作中所处的环节与工作条件,以确定它在各种功能肌群协作间所处的角色关系,才能更有针对性的使各肌群平衡发展,完善动作,使身体更加健康协调。

遇见瑜伽,会遇到快乐!瑜伽给予的美好,一半是坚持,一半是感悟。坚持,不是与别人,而是与懒惰。没有伸手可得的美好,坚持瑜伽,才会拥抱温暖。感悟,不是随声附和,而是知止然后安。能力与条件的限制,许多人只能随遇而安,随缘而止。坚持,人生少遗憾;感悟,知足者常乐。最怕该坚持时不坚持,该中止时不中止,总在纠结中苦楚着。瑜伽每天相见!

Yangnv 成都RYT200

时间已经过去了一大半,我们也已经开始面临着考试了。每一天都有新的问题但每一天又比过去的一天更好。特别想感谢两位老师的细心指导,每一次失误的背后都是我们不断的成长。 同学们各自都有自己独特的风格和对瑜伽的一些偏好。感谢我们一起共同成长。在每个一呼一吸之间我们更为精进,在每滴汗水的挥洒中我们更为自信健壮。 相聚时不觉得时间飞快,转眼时间已经过半。关于瑜伽,我们或许只是刚刚开始上路,即使终点还遥不可及。仍旧很想感谢在瑜伽之路上遇见了Theyogamandala. 因为遇见你,让我们更加了解了什么是瑜伽,瑜伽的大致体系有哪些以及我们正在做什么和瑜伽与我们自身的关系。 最后,希望自己可以顺利毕业,并在瑜伽之路上不断精进。
